Rev. Don Schwing

EXECUTIVE PASTOR
Don Schwing joined our GraceWay staff in 2017. A lifelong area resident, he and his wife, Andrea, have served in a number of ministries including adult education, AWANA, and Christmas Live. Following a mission trip in 2016, he decided to step aside from his career as President of Crown Boiler Company in Philadelphia to serve the Lord full-time. Pastor Don earned his Masters of Divinity from Liberty University in 2020 and was ordained to the Gospel ministry in 2021. He enjoys spending time with Andrea and their two children, Brielle and Cole. Pastor Don also enjoys soccer and the outdoors, especially tending to their chickens. His favorite passage is 2 Corinthians 12:10, “Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ’s sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong”.

Dennis Dunscomb

DIRECTOR, CHILDREN’S MINISTRY & EVANGELISM
“Mr. Denny,” as he is known to the children, joined the staff at GraceWay in October of 2000 after serving for 26 years as an officer with the Trenton Police Department. He and his wife Sharon live in Hamilton and are the parents of three grown children and grandparents of three children. Dennis graduated from The College of New Jersey with a B.S. in criminal justice and a minor in psychology. He enjoys all types of competition and has been a Philadelphia sports fan all of his life. He counts it a great privilege to help children begin and develop a relationship with Jesus Christ using the words of Psalm 78:4 as inspiration: “. . . we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, His power, and the wonders He has done.” Dennis believes in “living for the line, not the dot.” Ask him about it! If you would like to contact Denny, you may e-mail him at ddunscomb@gracewaybc.org. To learn more about our children’s ministry, visit our Children’s Ministry page.

Sean McLaughlin

He graduated from Evangel University in Springfield, MO in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in music education. Sean’s passion is to honor God with his abilities and to teach, especially those in middle and high school, and his desire in these areas led to his calling to the youth ministry at GraceWay. Sean and Heidi have been part of a youth ministry for some time and both serve in the Sunday worship team. During his free time, Sean enjoys playing roller hockey and performing music whether by himself or for others. Sean’s favorite verse of scripture is Matthew 6:34 “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself.
