TEACHING PASTOR
Marc Crabtree
ASSISTANT PASTOR, YOUNG ADULTS & FAMILIES
Marc Crabtree, a graduate of Alliance University and student at Israel Institute for Biblical Studies, started serving in his local church as a member of the media team and small group leader. He met his wife, Jennifer (a librarian and head of the Children’s Department at the West Windsor Library), while she was a member of the worship team at the church. Marc is a father to Brianna & Annabeth. His family’s verse is Jeremiah 29:11. Pastor Marc grew up in Metuchen, spent most of his adult life in Burlington County, and has been a Hamilton resident since 2016.
He has a deep passion for first responders (after serving as a volunteer firefighter in Lumberton for several years) and veterans, since serving as a chaplain of Rolling Thunder (a veteran non-profit support group) and New Jersey Vietnam Veterans’ Memorial Foundation. He has been pastoring in different capacities since 2022.
Pastor Marc has a desire to see young people and families cultivate a deep and strong relationship with Christ and feels the key to raising up young adults to be strong leaders in their communities, churches, and families is through sound mentorship. He believes that it is important for young people to know that they can depend on Christ for their source of peace, provision, and hope for the future.

Sean McLaughlin
Sean McLaughlin joined the GraceWay staff as a Director of Youth and Worship in January of 2021. Born and raised in Burlington Township, New Jersey, he now resides in Bordentown with his wonderful wife, Heidi and baby Timothy. He graduated from Evangel University in Springfield, MO in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in music education. Sean’s passion is to honor God with his abilities and to teach, especially those in middle and high school, and his desire in these areas led to his calling to the youth ministry at GraceWay. Sean and Heidi have been part of a youth ministry for some time and both serve in the Sunday worship team. During his free time, Sean enjoys playing roller hockey and performing music whether by himself or for others. Sean’s favorite verse of scripture is Matthew 6:34 “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.” Feel free to contact Sean at his email address: smclaughlin@gracewaybc.org
