David and Karen serve with SALT Leadership, “Support And Leadership Training”, in Wilmington, DE. David serves as a member of the board of directors, Academic Dean and member of the Ministry Management Team providing leadership training for Pastors and church leaders in Latino communities in South America as well as new locations in Europe where the Latino community is growing.  David and his team also run a seminary training program for those interested in serving as church leaders, a graduate program in more advanced theology, pastoral counseling, and have just started a school of apologetics in Peru that has had a tremendous response..
