• Dr. Richard Emmons

    Senior pastor

    Pastor Emmons has served as a pastor of local churches for over 40 years and here at GraceWay as Senior Pastor for the last 25 years. Reared on a dairy farm in nearby Pemberton, he has lived in Texas, New York, and California before returning to teach at his alma mater. He graduated from Philadelphia College of Bible (now Cairn University), Dallas Theological Seminary (ThM), and Westminster Seminary (PhD). He taught Bible, doctrine, and Bible study methods for over 32 years at Cairn University. He also writes occasionally for the Friends of Israel magazine, Israel My Glory. He and his wife, Fran, have celebrated over 50 years of marriage. They have two grown sons, Dan & Dave, and four grandchildren, Malachi, Luke, Jack, and Mercy. They love the outdoors, especially the seashore. He has dreamed of learning to fly an airplane, but is convinced that it will have to wait until he gets to heaven. His favorite verse of Scripture is Isaiah 55:8-9. "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways," declares the LORD. "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways.     ASSISTANT PASTOR, Youth and Families

    Don Schwing joined our GraceWay staff in 2017.  A lifelong area resident, he and his wife, Andrea, have served in a number of ministries including adult education, AWANA, and Christmas Live.  Following a mission trip in 2016, he decided to step aside from his career as President of Crown Boiler Company in Philadelphia to serve the Lord full-time.  A graduate of Stockton College (B.S. in Biology) and Central Michigan University (M.S. in Administration), Pastor Don is currently enrolled in the Master of Divinity program at Liberty University and anticipating to graduate in 2020.  He enjoys spending time with Andrea and their two teenage children, Brielle and Cole.  Pastor Don enjoys soccer and the outdoors, especially tending to their chickens.  His current responsibilities include overseeing all of the ministries from Junior High to Adult as well as the operation of the church facilities.  His favorite passage is 2 Corinthians 12:10, “Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ’s sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong”.  For any questions or information on any ministries feel free to contact Pastor Don at dschwing@gracewaybc.org or contact the office at 609-586-0223.

  • Dan Loch

    Worship Pastor

    Dan Loch, who joined as GraceWay’s Worship Pastor in 2019, grew up in the country sides of Northern Virginia before attending Cairn University for studies in music and theology. He completed his studies in Spring of 2019 and currently holds a B.A. in Music and M.Div from Cairn University. Dan loves many styles of music and over the years he has played guitar and bass in a jazz ensemble, bluegrass band, several worship bands, sang in the Cairn University Chorale, Getty Choir, and founded The Worshiping Songwriter, a group dedicated to writing theologically rich, congregation friendly, worship songs. He and his wife Lindsey both share a passion for music, the beautiful works of Lewis, and the art of storytelling. Dan’s favorite chapter of Scripture is Revelation 21 where God wipes away every tear, where there is no more death, mourning, crying, or pain for the old order of things has passed away, and where God makes all things new.   • Mr. Dennis Dunscomb

    Director of Children's Ministry AND EVANGELISM

    "Mr. Denny," as he is known to the children, joined the staff at GraceWay in October of 2000 after serving for 26 years as an officer with the Trenton Police Department. He and his wife Sharon live in Hamilton and are the parents of three children. Dennis graduated from The College of New Jersey with a B.S. in criminal justice and a minor in psychology. He enjoys all types of competition and has been a Philadelphia sports fan all of his life. He counts it a great privilege to help children begin and develop a relationship with Jesus Christ using the words of Psalm 78:4 as inspiration: ". . . we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, His power, and the wonders He has done."   • Mr. William Clutter

    CHURCH OperatiNG Officer

    Bill has been a member of GraceWay since 1968 and joined the staff as Administrative Associate in 1992. Most of Bill's career was with International Business Machines (IBM). He was employed there for 27 years as a Manager of Information Systems and as a Plans and Controls Manager. Bill enjoys the buying and selling of sports memorabilia especially baseball cards from the 50s and 60s.   • Mrs. Carol Burres


    Carol has a BS in Elementary Education from Elizabethtown College in PA and a MS in Christian Counseling from Philadelphia Biblical University (now Cairn University). Her work history includes teaching, corporate human resources, and over 30 years with GraceWay. She currently serves as our staff counselor for HOPE Counseling as well as in other administrative capacities. Carol enjoys reading, antiquing, historical pursuits, and volunteering in various organizations within the community. She and her husband, Ken, have been married for over 40 years and are both very active in GBC ministries. They live in Hamilton and have two children and eleven grandchildren.   • Mrs. Michelle Capizzi

    Director of Camp Mercyville

    Michelle joined GraceWay’s staff in 2010 with the start of its then new ministry Camp Mercyville. She attended Burlington County Community College and graduated from Children's Ministry Institute, a training course for Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF), in 2000. She worked for CEF for about 10 years as a Christian Youth in Action, Missionary Intern, Local Director, and Youth Ministry Coordinator. During that time, she also worked for Edinburg Road Chapel as the Children's Ministry Director for about 2 years. Michelle met her husband, Manny, in 2006 and began attending GraceWay in 2007 just before they were married. They have been blessed with three children, Olivia, Gabriel. and Ezra.  Camp Mercyville has been blessed by God and Michelle is excited to see it grow and impact many families in our church and community.
