Youth Ministry

Middle & High School

The purpose of our Youth Ministry is to grow our junior and senior high youth into men and women who will lead and serve God in churches in the future. We strive to provide an environment to stimulate each youth in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ and encourage them to worship Him. Our ministry is based upon James 4:14, "What is your life? You are mist that appears for a little and then vanishes." Youth are also encouraged to serve our community and to reach our world for Christ. Questions on how your youth can connect with this ministry can be addressed by going to We invite you to scroll down to see the various facets of the Youth Ministry!

Your youth's safety is a great concern to us. Please know that each of our adult staff and volunteers must complete a background check to be part of the youth ministry.

  • Junior High/Middle School

    Weekly Meeting

Students in grades 6th - 8th are welcome to join us each Thursday evening during the school year from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. During the summer, junior high combines with senior high on Wednesday evenings during our mid-week summer nights. Junior high students enjoy a time of game at the beginning of each youth night followed by a challenging lesson from God's Word. Our volunteer youth leaders then meet with small groups of students to dig deeper to reinforce the lesson and to develop relationships. Each group is broken up by gender. There are also refreshments available during the evening normally provided by a rotation of parents.

  • Senior High

    Weekly Meeting

Senior high students in 9th - 12th grades meet weekly on Wednesdays from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Each week students are challenged to engage in growing in their relationship with Christ by digging into God's Word in a rigorous study which lasts about 45 minutes. At the end of each evening, they divide into small groups by gender to further discuss the lesson and build relationships with each other. Refreshments are provided on a rotation basis by the parents.

Youth Missions Trip

Our senior high youth are encouraged to put their faith into action by going on a youth missions trip. This enables them to see the world through Christ's compassionate eyes and gives them opportunity to serve and to share their testimony with others in an effort to lead them to Christ through the gospel message.
