• Dr. Richard Emmons

    Senior pastor

Pastor Emmons has served as a pastor of local churches for over 40 years and here at GraceWay as Senior Pastor for the last 24 years. Reared on a dairy farm in nearby Pemberton, he has lived in Texas, New York, and California before returning to teach at his alma mater. He graduated from Philadelphia College of Bible (now Cairn University), Dallas Theological Seminary (ThM), and Westminster Seminary (PhD). He has taught Bible, doctrine, and Bible study methods for the last 31 years at Cairn University. He also writes occasionally for the Friends of Israel magazine, Israel My Glory. In the Summer of 2016, he and Fran celebrated fifty years of marriage. They have two grown sons, Dan & Dave, and four grandchildren, Malachi, Luke, Jack, and a new granddaughter, Mercy. They love the outdoors, especially the seashore. He has dreamed of learning to fly an airplane, but is convinced that it will have to wait until he gets to heaven. His favorite verse of Scripture is Isaiah 55:8-9. For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways," declares the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways And My thoughts than your thoughts. • Dan Abell

    Assistant to the Pastor

Dan is a Texas-born sojourner in the Northeastern US that finds the jug-handles of New Jersey to be a bit perplexing. While serving in the United States Marine Corps ('09-'13) the Lord used a year-long deployment in Afghanistan to direct his attention to the word of the Lord. In his final year of service, Dan decided to reenter civilian life in pursuit of an undetermined facet of ministry. Shortly after making the move to Penndel, PA to begin taking classes at Cairn University in pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies, he began attending GraceWay Bible Church. He was blessed with the opportunity to get involved in a number of ministries wherein he was able to rub shoulders with the people of GraceWay until August of 2015, when he travelled to Jerusalem for a semester of studying abroad. Dan had already fallen in love with Koine Greek in his studies at Carin, but the time in Israel would create an identical effect with Biblical Hebrew. Upon returning from Israel, Dan agreed to join the GraceWay staff starting in May of 2016 to serve as Assistant to the Pastor. If you would like to contact Dan, you may e-mail him at dabell@gracewaybc.org.

  • Pastor Mitar Rudanovic

    Youth Pastor

Pastor Mitar was born and raised in New Jersey. He was a former Rutgers football player where he had the success of participating in several bowl games and part of a top 25 Rutgers Scarlet Knights program. He participated in several college ministries that really drove his passion for serving the Lord. After college he worked full-time for two years and then he and his wife Megan moved to Hamilton, NJ where they also began attending GraceWay Bible Church. After a few months he was placed as the part-time youth director. During the first two years, he revitalized the youth ministry into the MakeItCount Youth Ministry of GraceWay Bible Church. In 2011 the opportunity was available for him to enter into the ministry full-time. He has been seeking to drive into the young people of the church a passion and love for Christ that would not only shape their lives but also their eternities. He desires for them to make their lives count for Christ. The ministry is based upon James 4:14, "What is your life? You are mist that appears for a little and then vanishes." Mitar enjoys working out, building things, playing with his son Mitar spending time with his wife Megan, helping with his new daughter Annalyse, and cheering on the Scarlet Knights football team from the sidelines. "R U Rah Rah Rutgers Rah!" If you would like to contact Pastor Mitar, you may e-mail him at mrudanovic@gracewaybc.org. To learn more about our youth ministry, visit our Youth Ministry page.
